Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday 8am to 4pm

Police Report Requests: You may request a copy of a police report only when an investigation into an incident has been completed, and the case has been officially closed. All active investigations are restricted to law enforcement personnel. Persons requesting the police report must have an involvement in the case as a victim, witness, or a defendant. All requests must be made in person at the Everett Police headquarters records department, located at 45 Elm Street, Everett, MA. 02149.

Address and Location History Log Requests: You may request a copy of the location history of a specific address which will indicate all calls for police service to that location. All requests must be made in person at the Everett Police headquarters, located at 45 Elm Street, Everett, MA. 02149.

Accident Report Copies: You may request a copy of an accident report that you have been involved in. You may only receive the front portion of the accident report, which indicates the operator(s) and vehicle(s) information. You may receive a copy of the back portion of the report only after your copy of the back portion (narrative) has been filed at the Everett Police.
