Fundraising Events, Raffles, Bazaar’s, & Texas Hold’em Permit: Click on link to download permit application.

Solicitation Permit: Not authorized within the City of Everett.

Festival, Sidewalk Sale, Block Party Permit: Permit application must be obtained from the City Clerk’s Office located at Everett City Hall, 484 Broadway St Everett. The Permit must be filed with the Chief of Police & City Clerk’s Office.

Dumpster & POD’s: Application must be filed in person at the Engineering Department (617)-394-2251, located at the Everett City Hall 484 Broadway St Everett. Application must also be authorized by the Fire Dept Chief, and the Chief of Police or their designee.

Hunting, Fishing Licenses & Permit: Application must be filed in person at the City Clerk’s Office located at Everett City Hall 484 Broadway St Everett.

Yard Sale Permits: The sale of used household goods by residential occupants on their premises, normally referred to as garage sales or yard sales, are allowed without a permit as long as the total number of days on which such sales are held does not exceed seven (7) days in any year, except by Special Permit of the Zoning Board of Appeals. You must have all items on your property and they cannot encroach onto the sidewalk. The City requests that no items be left behind, the area should be cleared of any debris, and all signs advertising the yard sale be removed.

Funerals, Processions or Parades: Permit application must be obtained from the City Clerk’s Office located at Everett City Hall, 484 Broadway St Everett. The Permit must be filed with the Chief of Police & City Clerk’s Office.
